It is said that when the Elder Brother at OTAA rejected a Siren’s advances on the open seas, her tears fell upon his Children's Bow Tie. This was the inspiration for the design.

The embossed background of shimmering baby blue satin accentuates the intricately woven, luminous paisley motif, seemingly etched into the fabric.
